This kit features upgraded discs, calipers and pads for maximum braking performance.

4-piston front calipers are machined from lightweight aluminum to minimize unsprung weight.

330mm slotted discs featuring 48 curved vanes for greater cooling capacity.

Kits come with SBS brake pads chosen to complement the characteristics of the discs to offer greater stopping power and fade resistance without compromising cold braking performance.

This kit is manufactured by Alcon for Prodrive.

Availability: Fits the front of 5 x 100 Subaru's.

Braking Test, 60 to 0 in feet: Stock WRX: 123 feet Prodrive WRX with 330mm conversion kit: 117 feet * Source Motor Trend June 2003

While the stopping distance has been reduced with these, the more important thing you'll notice should be much much less fade if any. I've always wanted civic-wheel-sized rotors Very Happy

I'm guessing 17x8 or something with a design similar to stock STi wheels to clear them. With rotors that big I doubt they'll fit under 16" wheels unless they're rally wheels.

Atleast 17" Rims are needed to clear the prodive big brake kit.

I'm tracking that 17s are necessary, just due to the rotor diameter. However, the wheel width could be as narrow as 7 depending on the caliper profile (think the FHI 4-pots w/ 16x7 RS wheels). I'm thinking 17x7s might work, since Prodrive probably used their own wheels with the BBKs.

I don’t think you really need to upgrade your rear calipers. I was more thinking to get them sand blasted and painted which I will eventually end up doing one I upgrade my front calipers. I was also thinking about Prodrive kit but it’s extremely nice to destroy that think at race track so I guess I will end up with Stoptech Black and I will paint my rear black as well.
