Ok I saw a couple things about this I can decipher that LC is just a rpm setting that holds until you acutally launch. My question is what is FF shifting? How does it work, Is it beneficial? Thanks

Flat foot shifting gives you the ability to set the rev limit at a pre-determined point of your choosing. On a wot pull you would quickly press the clutch all the way in and at the same time you would hold the throttle wide open, which would engage the limiter at the pre-set rpm, and you shift gears and release the clutch. Advantage when perfected is cutting shift times , disadvantage is destoying the synchros in your car(even on the 6 speed).

TO ADD: typically when WOT shifting(power shifting) the RPMs rip way up as soon as the clutch is pressed. This is a rev limiter in between shifts so your not pinging off the rev limiter everytime.

LC: You can set the RPMs to whatever you please and it will put a load on the motor that will make it create boost VS holding the throttle without launch control and not making boost. It makes for harder and faster launches.

FFS: This is good because if you keep the pedal depressed while shifting you will maintain boost levels inbetween shifts. This works really well drag racing.
